The symbol mark of Phil Hospital of Korean Medicine starts from ‘nature’
The human body is part of nature, but it is also a small universe. Korean medicine is a method to treat such condensed model of nature. As day and night shifts, trees and forests heal themselves - changing through the seasons and continuously changing and adapting. Day and night, representing the climate, and forest, representing rest and healing, are simplified and symbolized - representing the small universe(human body) recovering with the ever-changing and progressing Korean medicine and treatments.
